Admission Procedure

Address for correspondence must be written clearly. Any change in their address must be intimated to the Principal. All information regarding the Entrance Test will be sent to the latest address registered with us.

Eligibility: At the time of seeking admission for a particular class, the student must be studying in one class lower.

He must strictly meet the age requirements.

The School reserves the right to refuse permission to take the Entrance Test without    giving any reason.

The Registration Fee is not refundable in any case.

The acceptance of the registration form & fee is no guarantee that the child will be admitted and it does not involve the school in any obligation to admit the child.

Only duly filled, signed and required registration Fee will be accepted.

All correspondence regarding admission should be addressed to the Principal,   Sanatan Dharma Sr. Sec. School, Rasina.

The lower age limit for admission to the class 1^st  is 4.5 years.

Similarly co-relation of age and the class to which admission is sought is a must. Students who are overage shall not be offered admission. Birth Certificate from the Municipal Board or a recognized Institution will be required as proof of age. The parent would be asked to withdraw the child if it is found that the proof of age submitted is incorrect.

Aadhaar Card is Mandatory.

Date of Birth certificate from the Municipal Corporation or any other competent authority as per govt. rules (original DOB certificate should be presented for verification}

Original Transfer Certificate/ school leaving certificate of previous school duly counter signed by a competent authority.

Report Card/ progress Certificate of the previous school and class.

Character Certificate of the previous school.

Medical Fitness Certificate and Medical Questionnaire (provided by the school)

Six copies of passport size photographs of student and two copies of mother, father and guardians (legally authorized)

On receipt of the admission form and registration fees, the child’s name is registered for admission. Registration is no guarantee for admission. Admission test is generally held in the month of Feb. – March of every year.

Admission may be made in classes on the availability of seats.

It is, therefore to be noted that no registration would be complete unless it is accompanied with the progress report of the previous class. No correspondence will be made with parents who send incomplete application.
